We offer $5.00 flat fee ground delivery within the US, no minimum purchase required.
Orders are processed and shipped between 1 - 5 days.
Our warehouse does not work on the weekends.
CUSTOMS AND TAXES
We're unable to supply estimated duties and taxes as this information will vary by country. If you place an order online, you will be responsible for all duties, taxes and customs charges. If your order is then refused, you will still be responsible for charges incurred in shipping the package.
COVID-19 AND OTHER DELAYS
Orders are typically processed in 1-5 days, however the time may be extended in order to protect the safety and health of the workers.
Tracking details will be provided once the order has left the warehouse however shipping delays may occur. Monitor the progress of your shipment using the tracking number and inquire with the carrier if you experience delays.

RETURNS AND EXHANGES
INSPR monitors account activity and reserves the right to refuse transactions, assess fees, and/or close accounts based on order or returns behavior.
How do I return/exchange?
- Visit our returns center
- Enter your order number and email address to start
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return/exchange
- Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines. Please allow up to 48 hours to process this.
- Once received by the warehouse it will go through inspection.
- When approved you will get a refund anywhere between 7 to 14 business days.
- For exchange, when we see your return is in transit, your exchange will be processed and shipped to you.
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Anything 50% off or more is final sale
