1. Where can I purchase INSPR?

INSPR is available for purchase at our INSPRNY.com online store.

 

2. Can I order by telephone?

Currently, any item purchased on INSPRNY.com is available through online order only.

 

3. Do I need to register for an account to place an order?

We do not require customers to register for an account to place an online order, but encourage you to do so. A registered account ensures a faster check-out, saves your address information, and allows you to review your order history.

 

4. What size should I order?

5. Will INSPR have seasonal sales?

Our product is limited edition, so act fast! We do not reorder sizes, so once sold-out, the item will not return.

Any sale that we have that is 50% off or more is final sale.

 

6. What payment methods does INSPR accept?

We accept all major forms of payment, including, ZIP,  PayPal + PayPal Credit.

 

7. Is my personal information kept private?

8. How will I know if you have received my order?

Immediately following your purchase, you receive an email confirmation. A corresponding tracking number for your package will be sent upon shipment.

 

9. How do I change or cancel my order?

Please email [email protected] with your cancellation request. This request must be submitted within the first 30 minutes after completing your order. If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, please follow our Return Policies & Procedures.

 

10. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, INSPR ships internationally.

 

11. How do I return or exchange an item?

- Visit our returns center
- Enter your order number and email address to start
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
- Once received by the warehouse it will go through inspection.
- When approved you will get a refund anywhere between 7 to 14 business days.

 

12. How do I contact Customer Care?

Our customer care team is available 5 days a week, Monday - Friday, from 10AM – 6PM EST. Please email [email protected] for any customer service inquiries.

13.  Do you offer gift cards?

As of now, we don’t offer gift cards as an option.

 

14. What is the price adjustment policy? 

7 days from the order date, please email [email protected] to submit a price adjustment request.
