Currently, any item purchased on INSPRNY.com is available through online order only.
3. Do I need to register for an account to place an order?
We do not require customers to register for an account to place an online order, but encourage you to do so. A registered account ensures a faster check-out, saves your address information, and allows you to review your order history.

Our product is limited edition, so act fast! We do not reorder sizes, so once sold-out, the item will not return.

Immediately following your purchase, you receive an email confirmation. A corresponding tracking number for your package will be sent upon shipment.
9. How do I change or cancel my order?
Please email [email protected] with your cancellation request. This request must be submitted within the first 30 minutes after completing your order. If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, please follow our Return Policies & Procedures.

12. Can I exchange an INSPR online purchase at Macy’s in-store?
Unfortunately, INSPRNY.com purchases cannot be exchanged at a Macy’s location. If you are looking for a different item, we are happy to process your online return and help you with a new purchase.
